Foster a participatory
environment among workers, based on relationships of trust and
respect in which staff feel motivated to achieve the organisation’s
goals.
Constantly improve our
practices in Health and Safety Management, both in services and
processes, win relation with the effects of our present and future
road passenger transportation activities, maintenance of vehicles
and management of bus stations.
Develop our activities with a
particular awareness of the Health and Safety of our workers,
implementing and maintaining an effective Management System, with a
view to making general company management more dynamic.
Comply with applicable
legislation and regulations in the area of Health and Safety, as
well as all legal and any other requirements to which the company
has subscribed, going even further than these requirements when
feasible.
View Health and Safety as one
of our priority goals, along with our commitment to the prevention
of damage and health deterioration, and achieve constant
improvements in the management of H&S to safeguard the health of
workers and everyone affected by our activities, placing this issue
on a par with any of the company’s other general objectives.
Work
closely with Health and Safety Authorities and Bodies with as much
as possible.
Train,
inform, educate and raise the awareness of all company staff members
with a view to developing good working practices in general and,
especially, in the area of health and safety.
Encourage
our product suppliers and service providers to adopt the principles
of this Policy, as well as the guidelines of our H&S Management
System.
